Can’t access sbcglobal.net email on iPhone with imap settings
I have not been getting sbcglobal.net emails on my iPhone. I keep getting a message that my settings are wrong. After trying to manually put in the IMAP settings found on the AT&T site for the sbcglobal.net account (IMAP.mail.att.net, 993, etc) it still didn’t work.
So, I deleted my email account from my phone, choose Other when setting it back up as a new account. Put in my email address @sbcglobal.net and my password (which I just changed, so I KNOW is right) and keep getting the message “the username or password for ‘IMAP.mail.att.net’ is incorrect” I really want to use IMAP but this is so frustrating. I even tried to use the old IMAP.mail.yahoo.com and IMAP.att.yahoo.com, all found on various forums, but no luck. I also turned my phone off and back on after each of these changes. PLEASE help!
