Cannot sign in to my primary ‘@pacbell.net’ account

I can not login to my @pacbell.net account. Either from the yahoo server, or the apple mail app, or outlook app. I receive a message that “email login or password” are in correct. I’ve tried every combination to login.

I’ve tried to login on the century web and I get transferred to the att login site. If I use AppleMail or outlook apps, I get a message of to signin with a password.

I have reached the point of no longer knowing what to do. I CANNOT GET INTO THE SERVER! The @pacbell.net email account is my original account 20+ years. I have too much data in this email account.

same situation with my @attglobal.net all of sudden too. if you can get a human on the line and not these dumb virtual chats that go nowhere, you are a genius. its like the whole company went into quarantine.

Same here. But I've forgotten my password.  They will send it to my pacbell account except I can't get in because I've forgotten my password!  Good grief!

If it's been awhile since you have accessed your email, there have been some changes made to make your email more secure that may have affected your previous password.

 

How are you trying to access your email? 

 

Are you using an email client such as Outlook or Apple mail?

If you are trying to access through a web browser, i.e. Chrome, Firefox, etc.
