Cannot access sbcglobal.net subaccounts for over a week

I have not been able to access sbcglobal.net sub accounts for over a week now. 

I see a suggestion from ATT is to reset password.  I did this about 10 days ago. 

Am I going to have to reset the passwords every freaking week in order to get into the subaccounts?

What is the work around?

When will this be fixed?

Please advise and resolve asap.

Are you accessing your email through an email client or are you accessing them through Currently on the browser?

 

We recommend that you either use an email client that is OAuth compatible or create a Secure Mail Key. These are security measures that protect against hackers and fraudsters and they are required in order for your email to work properly. The Secure Mail Key is a 16 digit passcode that replaces your current password.

I don't have an email client.  Using Chrome, and have tried standard pages & Incognito to no avail.

Make sure you've created a secure mail key for each of your sub accounts like Marc mentioned. Afterward, try signing in and let us know if you were successful or not.

ATT has not been recognizing SBC subaccount passwords.  I kept getting locked out but it was not a 24 hour lockout.  I had ATT reset my password again, and so far so good.
