Cannot access sbcglobal.net subaccounts for over a week
I have not been able to access sbcglobal.net sub accounts for over a week now.
I see a suggestion from ATT is to reset password. I did this about 10 days ago.
Am I going to have to reset the passwords every freaking week in order to get into the subaccounts?
What is the work around?
When will this be fixed?
Please advise and resolve asap.
