Can not sign in to att.com

Has anyone else not been able to login to att.com? I'm in northern California and am an AT&T home phone and wireless customer only. I have not been able to sign in to the website with on my PC or access my account with the myAT&T ios app for the last several days. I've cleared my browsers cache and cookies and checked that I'm using the correct username and password.

Thank you for the reply. I called AT&T two days ago. The person I talked to said there has been a problem in my area the engineers are working on. He offered to help and asked me for my email address. I don't have an email address with an att domain such as att.net or sbcglobal.com because I don't have internet through AT&T so he said he couldn't help. I'm not sure that he understood the problem I'm having isn't getting access to my email, it's logging into the AT&T website for access to my billing etc.

I asked here because if it's true what he said about a problem with the website, there should be other people who can not sign in either.
