Blocked Domain, Email or IP address Questions and Discussion

Hi, I'm the syadmin of an ESP.   For some reason most of our users with ATT email addresses are unable to receive emails from the system.  We've tried numerous times reporting the issue to ATT blocks, however the issue still exists and our users are getting frustrated.  Can you help please?   

 

This is the ATT error message from our email server.  We use Elastic Email as our Email service provider.  They believe you are blocking our domain for some reason, as they have already moved us to another ip. 

 

 

Here's an example of the error we are getting:

 

553 5.3.0 alph154 DNSBL:RBL 521<64.159.65.119 >_is_blocked.For information send an email to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net

 

This affects most of the IPs in our netblock (64.159.65.0/24) but not all.  

 

 

We've reported this many times now and gotten no reply. It's been over a month.  We've gone through every remediation step listed here:

We emailed:

Does anyone -- i.e., a human -- at AT&T actually look at the emails sent to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net and investigate?  I've been chasing an issue for my users for 2 weeks now with absolutely no human response.  The killer is that my email server is on an AT&T IP address!!

We are having the same issue and no response to the forwarded emails to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net

I have forwarded blocked automated notifications from our virtual server that are sent to registered users of our system several times in the past 3 weeks and still no response or correction.

This is the info we receive: Diagnostic-Code: smtp;553 5.3.0 flpd569 DNSBL:ATTRBL 521< 169.62.89.194 >_is_blocked.For assistance forward this error to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net

BLOCK REMOVAL REQUEST, IP 192.99.3.121 PLEASE !!

Email Sent to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net (but here always worked better)

Just leased the dedicated server from OVH Hosting and this IP was attached to it.

Received the following error;

host al-ip4-mx-vip1.prodigy.net [144.160.235.143]

SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL FROM:<(Edited per community guidelines)@cobra.digitalbackups.net>:

553 5.3.0 alph767 DNSBL:RBL 521< 192.99.3.121 >_is_blocked.For assistance forward this error to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net

Same problem here as the last 92 pages of complaints. Our server is blocked by AT&T although we are not on any block lists, all of our ptr rdns etc. is correct we have a Server Score of 99 with 0 abuse complaints. We have absolutely no problem with any other ISP. This is sad. And yes AT&T, We have forwarded the emails to your abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net email address and just like everyone else it is a dead end!

We are seeing this bounce:

553 5.3.0 flph829 DNSBL:RBL 521< 158.247.16.47 >_is_blocked.For assistance forward this error to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net

Please remove the block which is causing these bounces. Thank you!

Hi, we are receiving an issue with our email server being blocked also. We are not currently on any blacklists and I've emailed the Abuse Email. Just covering all my bases so the ability to email your servers is restored as quickly as possible. Please PM for IP information.
