Bellsouth.net email issues

I am trying to access my bellsouth.net email, I type in the correct password and it does not work. i have tried to reset the password using the security questions but I am told my answers are incorrect. I never saw a drop down menu that said to reset the password by sending to a cell number. I am beyond frustrated. How can the issue be resolved??

Hello @159angry, let’s get your question addressed.

 

Typically a password reset will solve all login email issues with AT&T. Are you also using the correct answer to the security question?

 And do you have an account with AT&T?

@YANKEEINSOUTH  this isnt at&t this is a public customer to customer forum, Although there is a small team of customer care specialists that monitor the forums the sheer volume of posts are simply too many posts for these agents to respond to each one of them. The most effective way to get any issues resolved , use the contact link on the bottom of the page or call 1-800-288-2020.

Nothing works as people are trying to say.  First, when I try to reset the password (which I shouldn't have to do.) the website says it is redirecting me to ATT.com but never actually does so.  Secondly when I go to the various places and finally get to the first step of the process it asks for the last name on the account.  OUR account is a church email account.  Who knows who originally set it up.  After trying 2 names (I've currently tried over 12 names. Former treasurers, secretaries, pastors, and a few others.) it gives me a different option to connect using the billing zip code.  It still claims that username and zip code do not match.  There was a suggestion in the notification stating this that if I need further assistance I might click the chat button.  There is not chat button.  There is an "Ask" button on the side of the website but it is essentially a troubleshooting FAQ and does not address my issues.

 

This is causing problems with the function of our communication and meaning that a lot of work is not getting done.

I have tried everything it says and even tried reset my password and still it says it can not find me. I am currently looking for a new job and now can't check my email to see if anything new. WHO was the nut case that messed this all up and please fix it.  How can you reply to my bellsouth.net email and I see it if I can't log into it

Will someone please tell me how to access my bellsouth.net e-mail? Everytime I go to yahoo or e-mail app I`m sent to the

att.net sign-in page.Upon entering my bellsouth.net e-mail and password correctly, I`m given a message that the info is incorrect.

I can access the bellsouth e-mail on my phone but not my computer.What gives????
