bellsouth sign in

for the last few days I have been unable to sign into my bellsouth e mail acct. It keeps switching me back to my att. mail account.

In the past I was able to switch between the 2 accounts without signing out of the account that I was in at the time. What happened?


The other thing is that I would like to transfer the bellsouth account to my att. account.

Help. I am going crazy

We can certainly help get you signed into your email, @evanryan.


If you are using an email client, such as Outlook, try signing in to first. If you’re having problems getting logged in there, try these:

  1. Please clear the cache and cookies for your web browser, then relaunch it. There may be a corrupted cache file on your computer that is preventing the login.
  2. If that doesn’t work, try resetting the password for your email. That performs a small refresh for your email account, and may resolve the sign in issue.

If neither of those get you logged in, please check out this article. You may have to do some specific troubleshooting on your browser, including updating it or disabling any third party add-ons.


As far as switching between the two accounts, when you switched accounts, is that something you did on Signing out of one account and into another should be working fine. If it was in an email client, you may have to verify the mail server settings for your BellSouth email.
