att.net login and passwords
This process is ridiculous, comes suddenly and frequently, gives no warning just when I'm in the middle of an important email. I have now changed my password from within my email for the millionth time. When and how am I going to be asked/required to change AGAIN? When I go through the "forgot password" process, ask for a code to another email IF I have access to it, when I come back to the screen to enter it, I must type it in, not having copy/pasted it from my other email. It often still does not work. I'm switching screens/tabs endlessly, getting so frustrated, typing accurately is an unrealistic expectation. And this is from a desktop with keyboard and mouse, trying to get in on my smartphone is a whole different complicated/unreliable/frustrating experience while wasting online time. This I think has started with the NEW AT&T. I want the old one back!
