AT&T / Yahoo! email > Contacts - Cannot Save New Info to Current Contacts. Cannot Save Any New Contacts.



We have AT&T Yahoo! email. The Contacts feature is VERY important to us for our business. 


For the last few months, we've no longer been able to save new info we try to add to a current / existing contact,

nor can we save the info we enter when trying to make a brand new contact. The only "error" we get is, "Unable to save."


We might have 300 contacts, so it cannot possibly be we've hit a "maximum number of contacts" limit.


I cannot find a help article on this issue anywhere on AT&T's site. 


Has anyone here experienced this issue, and / or know of a fix?
