ATT Yahoo contacts missing info

I kept alot of information on the old ATT Yahoo contact pages for individuals. Their physical address, information notes in the note section, etc. Now that is all gone. Or is it? Is there a way to retrieve all my old information?

I don't know why you don't seem to keep not reading what I write parade there is no option to restore contacts. When I click on the contacts it doesn't give me the option to restore any.

@fstoler

This can sometimes be caused by an out of sync issue on the server. Try adding a new contact to force a sync and potentially restore your contacts.

Tried that.  There is still no option to restore contacts... only to IMPORT from another file or Export to .csv

If the issue is the server, as you suggest, which is what I suspect... how can we get to a restore date to retrieve my contacts?

And there is no option to back up the few new contacts, either.

At this time, we're unable to recover the contacts. We have plans to have this feature added back into webmail, but we don't have an ETA yet.

If you need assistance with anything else, let us know.

I find it hard to believe that my email acct cannot be restored to a prior date & retrieve it.  It would also be nice it there was a way to get support on historical accts w/out an active paid acct (phone or internet).  It seems archaic & quite frankly... would make one less inclined to do business w/ATT in the future.
