Att internet protection

How do you go about getting the free internet protection that Att say they offer.  I have been trying for the last two days and have talked to Att people who keep saying the issue is fixed when it is not.  When I click on download English version it to me to a screen that keeps saying there is an issue with my login.  I log back in and the same thing keeps happening.
