received call of winning a prize and i gave out my email address before i realized it may be a "hacker" or scam. How do handle this error?  Should i change my email address?

i belive i was hacked through my  phone email i was sent a link that looked like att  asking me to  re register my account info  so i did it asked for passwords  & i gave  next day my email was hacked all  contacts where sent  several emails  which i saw in my sent file  asking did they  get my email ? i was told a 2 nd email was sent to all contacts later asking to help me  with money i was stranded in phillipines ? this came from another  account  not mine  i was told by my contacts. Ihave change  my passswords on email & facebook  but the  new emails are still going direct to trash  ??? can i  switch it  back

Hello buds.

Spam mails occupying my official mail inbox. I am afraid my mail id has been compromised. Can AT&T filter out those ids or do I have to take some step for it? The list of such mails are multi[plying every other day. help please
