ATT email program is absolute junk. won't connect to Outlook, I can't even switch between two bellsouth.net accounts on the web page.
For two months, I've not been able to acess my email accounts using Outlook or even the email app on my phone. I changed the password on everything at the beginning of June and this ATT email program won't let me in. Have changed the password since with assistance from some tech on a phone call which at least allowed me to access the webpage. still no outlook or phone. Now it won't even let me switch between accounts I've had for twenty years.
