Anyone have suggestions on how to get an att.net e-mail address unlocked?

After 5 hours of being on the phone and chat session with a total of 7 people, I'm not confident that AT&T knows how to fix my issue. All incoming mails are getting bounced and I can't log in to my free att.net account.

I've tried the following numbers:

800 288 2020

855 250 4777

877 285 0144

855 920 0146

Very frustrating. No incoming e-mails for two days.

Anyone have any other suggestions?

The bounce back that people are receiving states "Addressee unknown".

Thanks.

There are many server admins unable to send emails to ATT.NET hosted domains.  Any requests to them to get off their block list are not being responded too.

I suggest getting an email from another provider.

You can tell people to email you elsewhere, we do receive your emails, we just can't reply to them, since ATT is blocking us.
