access to my email accounts

i have several email accounts that i can't open. It keeps telling me my account settings are out of date. Please tell me how too updates my software

Are all of the email addresses in question AT&T?

Do you get the error message before or after signing in?

If you haven't tried troubleshooting your email accounts yet, we recommend doing so using our forums article that covers Email, Mail Client, Website & Features Troubleshooting. Resetting your password is a good place to start, as well as the options listed under the WebMail and Features Troubleshooting section.
