I submitted a request to be unblocked Saturday night (62hrs ago), but haven't heard an update yet. As of last report, emails are still being blocked.
What can I do to alleviate this situation?
Thank you,
Shane Chambers

We are having the same issue.
I have also submitted an email to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net a couple of times over the last 2 weeks without a response other than the "thank you we received...." email.

The IP is totally clean for years. It's weird this started up.
It's blocking transactional receipts for orders.
Anyone we can contact beside the abuse email address?
