I haven't been able to get into my mail for two days. I was working with the mail every day and suddenly I was thrown out of it. login attempts were unsuccessful, the message "Hmm... that isn't the ID you use for this service. Try signing in with another ID.
Care Code: 205.4". I turned to the chat, they asked me for my parent's email, which I don't remember. I have access to my AT&T account, I can change my email password, but it won't let me inside. I'll take the security answer to the question and the secret code, but they don't ask me. what should I do?
