2 of 3 addresses stopped working in Outlook365

have deleted the accounts in Outlook, changed the passwords,, and tried to set them up again, both automatically and manually and still don't work.  Very strange that I can't connect to the server with only 2 accounts.  Seems like an error like a change to the system a few years ago.

Within the last few years, we have been upgrading the security of our e-mail system. If you are using Outlook 365 with AT&T domain e-mails, you will need to set up a Secure Mail Key to access your accounts safely.

 

If you are unable to log into MyAT&T while following these steps, you will need to reset your password
