Fixed wireless internet down with no estimated time for repair

My AT&T fixed wireless internet had been down due to a Service Outage in my area for 10 days now. There is no estimated time for a repair to the tower which mine uses. A month ago my cell service was down for about 2 weeks after a power outage at another tower!!! I can't use my laptop or do any Remote work at home without my WiFi. I've had enough so will be contacting Verizon to go back with their service. Verizon was more expensive, but extremely reliable. I guess you get what you pay for. AT&T used to be the number 1 company but no longer...seems more Third World now.

Hello David,

Check out my discussion on this board regarding my new Internet Air All-Fi Hub.

Caleb responded to me, too.

Clearly, the "specialists" responding to these forums are not highly trained technicians. And it is impossible to chat or talk to a technician that truly understands the equipment.

But, after all, this is AT&T.

What can you do?

The three dots will only work to delete for a short time after posting. I can delete this post, but not any previous posts.
