My Wireless account is (Edited to remove personal information). It's the Fixed Wireless Internet that has the service outage. Last time I called and chatted with AT&T they had no estimated time of repair, but several customers had reported outage

Hello David,
Check out my discussion on this board regarding my new Internet Air All-Fi Hub.
Caleb responded to me, too.
Clearly, the "specialists" responding to these forums are not highly trained technicians. And it is impossible to chat or talk to a technician that truly understands the equipment.
But, after all, this is AT&T.
What can you do?
