Wrost Customer Service

I have a billing issue for more than one year.  I called ATT Customer Service many times in a year with no luck.  Either I was put on hold to listen to music for 45 mins after explaining the issue or the call got discounted after a one hour conversation or committed to call me back with solution and never call me back.  It happened more than once with the above bad experiences.

 

How can I escalate to high level of management? It is the worst customer service I have even encountered. It is affecting my life.

I understand your pain, I Created this account made a post while on hold, was lied to several times by 2 reps after a 1hr and 25 mins I was on hold, the lady took me off hold I heard back ground noises and then hung up on me now I am calling back again and having to start the ENTIRE process over to prob be lied to again... remind me why I don’t cancel everything? Oh...unbelievable.  Putting customer on hold for 1:25, unacceptable.  Did they end up able to resolve your issue? 

 

Last time I used another cell phone to call ATT and let the rep to listen the on hold music from my cell.  Sofia was the rep that put me on hold for 45 mins. According to one of the ATT reps, they can't do anything about it because they can't find Sofia in the system, ATT reps are all over the places in US and not using the same customer service system.  I can't believe a big company provides such a worst customer service.  I should go with other providers and reduce my stress level.
