Wrongful charges for AT&T affordable connectivity program
I have a final notice to pay AT&T $184.62. They had a technician come out and install a box for us. They charged us three installation. That charge was supposed to be dropped from our bill. I tried to call numerous times, but I kept being put on hold for up to an hour at a time! I finally had no choice but to hang up. Other times when either I or my partner called, to get the settled, and to stop our service, we were put on hold numerous times while being transferred to different departments. We explain our problem, and either they couldn't answer or they told us that the bill would be adjusted and it never was. I never was even able to stop my service they just kept charging me monthly fees and overdue charges and it kept adding up until the bill was this. I want to cancel my service immediately, but nobody would help. I want an itemized Bill to see exactly what my charges finally added up to be $184.62. I refuse to pay this! I have a fair credit score and I am working very hard to build my credit. This is going to ruin me! I am disabled and I have low income. That's why I signed up for AT&T ACP in the first place! I am unable to pay this! I will absolutely complain to the Better Business bureau. I have resources to be able to take some kind of legal action and fight this. This is wrong. We were and are being treated terribly. This should have never happened in the first place! If someone would have just listened we wouldn't be in this mess!

You can see your detail bill online. You can file a BBB complaint to see if you can get resolution for your isissues. TOS requires Binding Arbitration if it comes to that.
