Worst customer service of my life- dishonest and unresponsive
I have never experienced such unbelievably bad customer service as I am currently experiencing with AT&T. I have been a longtime, loyal customer and the company has done a bait and switch on my internet price - lied to me to get my business - and will do nothing to make it right. I feel mislead into a contract and the company will do NOTHING to help.I am floored at how bad this experience has been.
This also just keeps getting worse. First the company lies to get my business, then I spend 6 hours on the phone. Someone is supposed to call me back on Friday - they don't. So I call today and get the runaround again. Again - a supervisor is supposed to call me at noon - its 24 hours later and I have heard nothing. This company just waits for frustrated clients to get tired and stop calling, rather than trying to help. It is so frustrating and disappointing. Who has hours to spend on the phone? What if you can't afford surprise bills? Just terrible.
