Will not accept my login and password on ATT or Yahoo email

I am in a position where I cannot get into my ATT account or Yahoo email. I have changed the password on both and am CERTAIN of what I am entering but both sites refuse to recognize my login and password. It is impossible to speak with anyone related to either so I am at my wits end. These accounts are useless to me if I have to go through this to access them.

I have a similar problem. Outlook 365 cannot set up a Yahoo account but I can sign on to Yahoo. I use the same user account and password for both. I can't get to my email via Outlook on 2 PCs but I can access my emails directly on Yahoo.

Didn’t work on Yahoo either. Had to reset my password again.

Likewise! Yahoo.com mail doesn't recognize my email address at all, although is did about 24 hours ago! ATT does recognize my credentials, but when I go to the Yahoo site, instructions from the ATT page do not jive with the Yahoo page as to proceeding to the mail page!

AT&T IS TERRIBLE and absolutely no help. I have been trying for 3 days to get my  password cleared so I can get my AT&T mail. and NO ONE can tell me how to do this.  All I am doing is going in circles. They keep having me do the same thing over and over and over and it DOES NOT WORK.  They are ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AND I HAVE NO RECOURSE BECAUSE THEY TELL ME I AM AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF SERVICE;Well is this is the HIGHEST level AT&T has a REAL problem. I am NOT able to change my pass word and access my mail ON MY MAC. Out of the blue last week system asked for a password, when I put it in it did  NOT work.  So I tried to reset it.  System said it was reset and good but when they directed me back to the sign in page. THE PASSWORD DOES NOT WORK AND MY SIGN IN IS "NOT" RECOGNIZED...  WHAT IS THE MATTER WITH THESE PEOPLE THAT SOMEONE THERE CANNOT FIGURE THIS OUT ???  In the mean time I have to PAY  a monthly bill and still DON'T HAVE ANY E MAIL ON ,my IPHONE OF MY MAC???   TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE WOREST COMPANY EVER.  "DON'T USE THEM". EVER.... If you EVER have a problem with  them and need help FORGET IT....And YES this is NOT the first time I have had this problem with them.  I am sure they will take this down as soon as someone there sees what I have written..

I am having the same problem.I will most likely lose all my email because i can't get to it for over 5 weeks.It will erase/delete by att/yahoo.I'm doing away with att for good including cell phone,internet and cable forever !!!!.
