We know service is still down for many of you. Rest assured, we are working on it. Depending on the damage, can determine how long it will take to get everyone back up.
For updates, we recommend signing in to the Outage page to get the latest information about the outage and sign up for text alert updates. Our teams do not have an estimate on restoral at this time.

My wifi and inverse has been down for four days in Franklin, TN. I had a service call scheduled for yesterday and they cancelled it due to “outage,” but when I check for outages in area it says there are none. There has been zero communication and it is getting frustrating.
We're sorry to see that you're also having trouble with your Internet, Christopher7889!
We looked up your zip code and confirmed that there is an outage in your area. Any time there's a confirmed outage, service calls are put on hold, which is why yours was cancelled.
Please use the link that we sent the original poster so that you can also get the latest information about the outage and sign up for text alert updates.
Let us know if you have any other questions, and thank you for contacting the AT&T Community Forums team!

Internet (WiFi) AT&T Fiber 1 GB is cutting out every 2 minutes. Never happened before.Turlock, CA 95382
The support chat is of no help to me.
I am seeing "No service or connection" pop up every 2 minutes, and it lasts anywhere from 30 seconds to 5 minutes until internet is restored.
I have a paid license for Kaspersky Anti-Virus. This all started when I downloaded a 50GB steam game. Any solutions or suggestions?
Happy to help you fix your connection, Vilden.
Try performing a factory reset on your gateway to refresh and reestablish your connection. Just locate the small red button and pinhole on the lower rear of the gateway and depress for about 15 seconds.
You can also find troubleshooting options and suggestions on how to improve your Wi-Fi connection in our Wi-Fi 101 Forums article.
