Why is the website for ATT always down?
Every month I encounter the same problem. it takes hours or days for the system to be able to make a payment. this month, once again, I have been trying for the last THREE DAYS to pay online. all I get is the same message.... "please give us a moment, were almost there" well you haven't been there and I have been trying consistently now for the past four and a half hours... I need the internet working before I get home today. it is imperative. also not happy that I will be STUCK WITH ANOTHER DISCONNECT FEE. I think you do this on purpose to charge more at this point. its ridiculus that a company whose main job is to communicate doesn't know how to do that. also. cant get a phone number... everything just stops. also cant get into chat... no connection. this is awful!
