Why can't we get at&t internet service at our house when our neighbor can?
We cannot get at&t internet service at our house, but our neighbor does...how can we get your service at home? Is there a way we can have someone come out and extend the distance of the lines, so we can get it?

If neighbors on either side of you (not across the street or around the corner) have service, try submitting an address validation request at 800.288.2020. Be prepared to give the addresses of the neighbors that have service. You'll get a service ticket to confirm the request. I'm seeing 1 - 3 weeks to complete these requests now.
