Went from 100 internet to 300. Just as slow, if not slower sometimes, than the 100. I’ve reset everything. Any advise?

How are you measuring speed? Suggest using the speed test available through the ATT Home Manager app, which tests directly from the gateway. If testing from a desktop computer, make sure you're connected by ethernet cable. Do not test through wifi. If you're seeing the same low speeds, unplug your gateway for 30 seconds. Then, while holding in the Reset button on the back, reconnect the gateway. After 15 seconds, let go of the Reset button. Test your wired connection speed again.
