Why am I being charged when I was told there were no overages?
I was close to my 100 gig limit then schools cancel I find out my kids need data to do school work. I'm told no overages through att through website now I'm being charged 300 dollars what's next?

All residential wireless postpaid users who incur domestic data, voice or text overage charges from March 13, 2020 to May 13, 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic can request to have the fees waived. To find out how to submit the online waiver request form, please visit the Consumer section in the page provided.
All AT&T Home Internet, including Fixed Wireless Internet and DSL, subscribers are systematically being provided unlimited internet access, so any overages you experience using any of those services will be waived.
