Very POOR customer Service. What is the cost for terminating business internet?
Scheduling Specutrum as I type. Can't wait! Does anyone know how much they are going to charge me for canceling services?
I am so disappointed in AT&T, they are supposed to be a leader in techology and they aren't even there for their business customers. After 2 hours today, I still was not able to get ONE person on the phone that could tell me what charges would be incurred if I cancel. Not that it matters anyways, my bills are inconsistent and spike into the thousands of dollars monthly (for one home office!) and it doesn't get fixed until I call in and complain. Additionally, they put these large charges through my corporate card and refuse to reverse them, causing all sorts of accounting/reconciliation issues.
