Unresolved issues
I have 2 restoral charges which are incorrect - Nov and March.Im so frustrated as I have been trying for months to get it resolved h the reps tell m they will follow up with a call to remove (the Nov one) then nothing.Ive sent PMs & told it will be looked into, again no response back.Now I saw today theres one from Mar & Im telling you theres been no suspension of service.If this was the case, wouldnt it tell me when I pay my bill I have no service? Also, I cant log on to the internet or att site if I have no service, and ATT or Samsung would send me a message/alert telling me theres an issue.I just had to pay more than my bill because of the 39.00 fee and also in December the same thing.Thats like 80bucks I dont have & should to have to.The 9.25 late fee is RIDICULOUS as well, but if Im late then I guess Im stuck.2 or 3 days shouldnt be considered late.

Thank you. Ive gotten the run around so many times with various issues over the years however I figured with ATT theres no easy way out.LoL Thanks for your help though.
