Unauthorized cancelled services

I have had fixed wireless for almost a year until right before Christmas, there was a service interruption in my neighborhood. No solutions, just techs coming out six times. Then a rep cancelled my service when I was trying to get some information without my consent. All customer service representatives are not addressing the issues and now I have avenues for arbitration.

You do understand they dont have to provide service right?

If you want to restart service you can contact at&t and request it. But they arent required and can refuse or terminate service
