Unable to retrieve or change passcode
I had to move out of the country on Aug 19th.
Unfortunately I was not aware that I need to call and cancel the service.
I thought it would be as simple as
Logging into my account with "username and password" and click on Cancel and follow the process.
Visit a store and return the equipment and request for cancellation (which my friends are ready to do on my behalf)
Anyways now i understood that I have to make International call and say "Cancel Service" and follow the IVR and at one point key the pass code.
I am trying to reset the Pass code by entering my SSN last 4 digits and Zip code which for some reason is not what is listed there.
I know my SSN and I know my Zip code.
What can I do to retrieve the pass code and continue my cancellation process????
