Unable to log in since Monday; Technical support only made the issue worse.
A whole week has gone by and still no resolution to the "Something went wrong" error when trying to sign into my AT&T account. All levels of AT&T customer support are clueless or being deliberately deceptive by covering up a bitlocker attack that has locked AT&T's accounts and given the hackers access to AT&T customer information. Two hackers claiming to be AT&T employees called me yesterday and tried to take over my computer. They hung up when I asked them what the Case # was. AT&T had better level with their customers and tell them what the score is.
