Hi, I am unable to get to my router to change the settings.
The IP address, http://192.168.1.254/ does not resolve.

I got to it!
I had to open a "New Application Guard window" in the Edge browser.

Which AT&T gateway model do you have?
Sorry to suggest this normal throw-away item but have you rebooted the gateway?
If you do an ipconfig command what does it show for your IPv4 address and the default gateway IP address?
If you do a ping command for 192.168.1.254 what are the results.
If none of this info helps explain it I'll probably suggest a factory reset on the gateway, but let's see what your test results look like first.
