Unable to complete the Anti Copyright tutorial?
Hi. I keep trying to complete the Copyright Infringement tutorial. I have tried to clear my cache, history, cookies, restart, different browsers, all the normal "IT solutions" one would try and I am still getting below error:
Server Error
Service not available. Please try again later.
I see a LOT of other people posting about this problem still being unresolved so it's leaving me wondering if this is a real tutorial I'm actually meant to complete at all?
Please help if you know the answer.

I fixed this! You have to create a Member ID from your ATT account. Should be under your account/profile settings. Should be a notification asking to complete registration by creating your member ID. You'd think member and user ID is the same thing but NO weirdly enough they are two separate things and this is not made clear. You login to the infringement tutorial with your MEMBER ID and NOT your USER ID.

So just to flesh this out a bit for others going forward, you logged into your AT&T account with your normal credentials (email/password?) and once in there you saw the notification. That led you to a place to create the Member ID?
It's weird because when I log into my AT&T account and drill down, it shows my Member ID as the same as my login credentials. It's been too long for me to remember how this all got created but it sounds like you can have a login without the Member ID.

I'm in the same boat. I have until the 11th to complete their tutorial and I keep getting a server error.
