trying to transfer service to new owner

I keep trying to initiate transfer of service and every time I click start after selecting the account, it resets back to the begin transfer screen.

Let's have you try a few things to see if this helps:

  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies - The reason for this is there may be some settings in the browser you are using that is causing you to be looped back to the initial step of the process
  • Try using a different browser - It's possible that the browser you are using is can be causing this to occur
  • Try using a different device - This will rule out that this is being caused by the device you are using
