Trying to cancel service

I have been trying to cancel my mobile business service and have spent 10 hours total on the phone with AT&t and no luck. I have had supervisors that have supposed to have gotten back to me that haven't and I am at a loss of what I am supposed to do to cancel this service. In addition, the service does not at all meet up to hype that was told to me by the salesman that sold me this plan. Can someone please help me not spend any more of my life on the phone with AT&t?

You're in the AT&T community forums that are primarily for customers to help other customers with AT&T residential services.  So obviously none of us are going to be helpful.

You might have more luck posting over in the Business forum.  I can't move your post over there so you'll have to start a new one yourself.
