to much $ being spent on service

we are on a fixed income and my room mate only gets UI very little and we pay to much for you service, and nothing seems to work, the movies that are marked as free don't won't come on when selected or the sound on your services works the same on all our tv's where the movies that do come on the sound is lousy, and all the commercials are extremely low in volume
