There isn't a way to contact AT&T about rewards card

I have AT&T internet and was promised two $50 rewards cards. There is only one $50 rewards card sitting in my rewards center. I have called the AT&T Reward Center customer service line (800.288.9983) multiple times and have hung up after sitting on hold for 45+ minutes each time. AT&T persuaded me into signing up for their service by adding that extra $50 card and it seems like I was lied to just to gain my business.

Hi, @stephenslf.

We are happy to help you get to the bottom of your AT&T Rewards Card concern. We understand that you have already attempted to speak with someone over the phone but the hold time was too long. We ask that you access the Rewards Center online, and input your information. This will allow you to track your Rewards Cards. Let us know if this is helpful to you, we are happy to provide further assistance.

@ATTCares  As previously stated, I have already looked in my Rewards Center and there is only one card. I know how to track my rewards, the issue is not on my end. I was only given one reward card when I was told that I would get two.

@stephenslf,

Please contact the Rewards Center by dialing 800-288-9983 for further assistance. We understand that the hold time can be frustrating but we ask for your patience as this department works as diligently and quickly as possible.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but not to worry! The Rewards Center will be able to provide you with details about your promotion and how many rewards cards you will receive. We appreciate you reaching out to us here in Community & Forums. Thank you for being a valued member of the AT&T family.
