The worst experience I’ve ever had.
If you have fixed wireless internet, this company has the worst customer service that you can imagine. You are buying a service that people in this forum know more about that than the actual people that work for AT&T. It’s all good until your internet doesn’t work. Now, no one can fix it. Not the technician, not a supervisor, or anyone in the company. 4 weeks without service and no one cares. Do not buy this service.
