Terrible customer service
I have tried for days to get in touch with customer service. I call and can't get thorough. It says to go online to the live chat. It is NOT live. There is literally no one to help. My wife and I are forced to work from home and had to take 2 days off of work because of an error by AT&T. I am so fed up that I am ready to switch to a different provider. If only someone would provide some customer service.....This is appalling.
