Terrible Customer Service
We were a long time direct TV user. When at&t bought direct tv we added the internet to our existing account. Now 7yrs later we have disconnected our direct tv and internet. The final bill from direct TV said we had a "credit" the At&t said we "owed $124". After calling several times and speaking to people that could hardly speak English and getting passed off from one department to another....etc...we finally got a hold of someone that understood how to look at both accounts and filed a appeal for us. ref(Edited as per community guidelines). We haven't hard back from the appeal process and now at&t has turned the bill over to collections...terrible customer service.
