Technicians do not show up to their appointments
My internet has not worked since a storm came through a week ago. I made an appointment for a technician to come out to my house after all the troubleshooting was done to determine there was not fix I could do on my end and there was no service issues. Earliest appointment was Friday. The technician never showed up. I waited for hours before calling customer support and was told they were still scheduled to arrive and would call me when they we on the way. This was 10pm. They were obviously not coming. So they rescheduled me for Tuesday the following week. I now have to wait 4 days due to no fault of my own. Tuesday rolls around and they don't show AGAIN. I called customer support and they just kept telling me they would call me when they were on the way. They never showed. I was just left waiting with no communication, no cancelation, no guarantee that the next appointment would even happen. Customer support rescheduled me AGAIN for Friday. Two completely missed appointments on ATT end and no support for me in the slightest. I should have been visited the next morning since they never even finished their schedule for the previous day. How can you make and appointment, not go to it, then just toss me to another appointment days later? Will they even show up the 3rd time? I'm at a loss as to what to do. I have called every ATT number I can find but they all just lead to the same place. Two separate customer support calls actually dropped me.

Hello Dsw93. We definitely understand your frustration from the two recently missed technician appointments.
We know how much of an inconvenience this poses for you, and this is definitely not the experience we would like for you to have.
So that we can take a closer look at this with you, we will need to speak privately. Check the Direct Message inbox in the top right corner of your screen. We'll be sending you a DM shortly.
In the meantime, we recommend verifying that you are not in an active service outage due to the storm you experienced in your area because this often causes technician appointments to be cancelled until the outage is resolved.
We look forward to connecting with you!
