Switching from one subaccount to another in ATT email

I have 3 email addresses in my ATT email account. I am not able to switch back and forth any longer

When I try to switch, the same emails show up under the other subaccount. The problem is with my

Windows computers only. My IPAD has not changed, I am able to switch from one to the other as I have always done.

What happened? How can I fix the problem in ATT email?

Hello @SusieQ19, let’s address your issue.

Most users that have this issue have reported that changing web browsers will solve it and allow you to login.

Can you try using Microsoft Edge and see if this solves the issues for you as well?
