Still Haven't Received My AT&T $100 VISA



I had service installed 2/2/2019 and never received any mail regarding the Rewards Card. Ok, no big deal.  I knew about it at least, so I went online to my account to Redeem.  Once redeemed I read it would take 3 weeks to receive the reward.  Cool, no problem.  After a few weeks I checked the tracker and the card shipped.  I never received the card after weeks went by so I went and checked my tracker again. No updates.  So then I call 800 288 9983 and an automated system asks me If I've received my card.  I say no, and then it tells me to call 800 675 8459.  This number is a joke and you can read about other people calling this number and not getting an answer after waiting hours.  I let a little more time pass, and go back online and the tracker says my card was reissued and then reshipped?  Wait, what?  So now it showed a ship date 4/21.  Tried to call the same numbers again to no avail.  A week probably goes by and I log back into my account to check the tracker and the reward tracker isn't even there anymore.  I guess I now have to log into the actual rewards website to view the tracker.  So now when I check, it says the reissued card was mailed 5/6 .. I still don't have anything.  I spoke with a billing rep, John, who did all he could do for me but basically the conclusion was "keep trying to get a hold of rewards".  Well I'm not playing that game with you guys, so I'm here.  I've done my part.  I've paid my bill on time for 4, going on 5 months now, and you guy's haven't held up on your end.  Someone needs to let me know what's going on with my card.  The billing rep couldn't even tell how many times the card has been shipped or reissued, only the latest occurrence, and it seems you dont really have rewards customer support.
