Status of application

Well I've been email and sent application they sent me email they have got all my inf and nothing more they need and when I call no they didn't get it then I call again now they have got it and it's in reviewing but now I call they application but not the other paperwork now they want to send out a new application and I've received like 6 mailed to me and 2 on the emailed and one that I've copied on the internet and sent it in with all my inf now what I'm still waiting
