Smart Home Manager saying my network is offline but it's working fine

I have AT&T Fixed Internet and it is working fine, although my Smart Home Manager is stating that the network is offline.   I called customer service, and they said it was a syncing issue and it should be fixed, but it is not.   I unplugged everything and re-installed and no change.   I uninstalled the app and re-installed it and still no change.   What next?

Uninstall SHM, then.....never reinstall it again.  😁

Use http://192.168.1.254 for most of the things you need to change/view and for the other things you can't do in there, download apps that are actually created and maintained by competent people.

I absolutely second this guy's opinion on removing this app and never reinstalling it again because AT&t told me that oh we don't support this app anymore but I don't find that information anywhere other than the rep that told me that so don't waste your time cuz it's not going to work mine hasn't worked in months I just use the 192.168 address to do most of the things I need the only thing that it doesn't give me and I can't get anywhere because even the AT&t site and app tells me nothing because all of AT&t's apps are incompetent I can't find out how much gigabytes I've used other than that you don't need any of these apps that AT&t offers because they are all a bunch of crap except for call protect hope this helps AT&t fix your (Edited per community guidelines) get your stuff together you're a huge corporation act like it

I think they are doing this on purpose running up our internet to charge us more. I'm not able to see what's connected and they said I had 10 devices connected and never has been 10 devices connected to my wifi. They also said that something connected was running at 50 gigs , I have 4 tvs and only use 3 of them ..

I will tell you MrsMagee that depending on what resolution you're watching TV at it's one of the things that eats up the most internet I switched my TVs down to 720p because I'm kind of old and I can't see the difference anyway so that saves a lot when I have it on 1080p I go over every month of my 350 GB they allow me to have with the fixed wireless internet so I switched to the 720p and that doesn't happen cuz it doesn't use as much internet for the video Hope that helps you
