Smart home Manager care code 902

Every time I open up smart home manager and hit sign in a box pops up that says Care code 902 and I would like to fix this and know how much data I have used or give me another way to find out how much data I have used on my fixed wireless internet thank you so much for your kind responses You're the best awesome thanks
