Smart Home Manager and Wifi Not Working

None of my devices will connect to the internet and when i try to get on my Smart Home Manager it pops up a “Maintenance Mode” and “Experiencing issues with Smart Home Manager, please try again later”. I’ve tried to reset and factory reset the gateway and nothing has worked.

Access the Smart Home Manager to get all your network connections right at your fingertips. Manage your network from your phone using the Smart Home Manager app, or from your computer. Here is how to setup and manage your devices. 

 

With Smart Home Manager, you can see which devices are connected to your Wi-Fi network. You can also see the connection type or rename the device. Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to Smart Home Manager and select Devices. Only devices connected to your network will show.
  2. Choose the device you want to view.

Note: make sure you are on the same network when setting up your Smart Home Manager.
