I don't think I remember my account info or if I even created an account but either way it won't allow me to sign in
That isn't my only problem. I also have a problem with not receiving my gift card of 150$ like I was promised just to receive the service and I got approved and I am probably going to disconnect it due to the fact that I am very upset with the commitment to lie first off I'm used and disappointed 😞 it really (Edited per community guidelines) only because the promotion guy will say m do anything for his commission wow. Not good for you guys at all oh well try fixing that issue and maybe then ur services will be great oh yeah and I awready got a bill (Edited per community guidelines) 😒 that's insane.... SMH 🙄

You can use the guide on our website to create a user ID for your account. If you forgot the ID or password, click on What if I forgot my ID or password? to recover your ID or reset the password.
When it comes to the reward card, we recommend reaching out to the Reward Center at 800-288-9983. They're available from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday. Visit the Reward Center FAQ page for information about the process of claiming and receiving a reward card.
